Media, also, is one of the main reasons why this is the trend nowadays, because, they are mostly responsible for the countless billboards and ads, featuring actors, actresses and models, who have bodies that anyone would absolutely crave for. For this very reason, lots and lots of people are asking <a href="http://www.howtoloseweighthealthy.com/">how to lose weight</a>, and most are desperate enough to try just about anything to get the physique of their dreams. However, even if these people are desperate enough to do just about anything to lose weight, most of them do not even know how to lose weight effectively, and how to keep it off, so as not to gain weight after losing it.</p>

Given, nothing is wrong with that, however, a lot of things are lacking when it comes to that kind of goal, and one of which, is to lose weight and keep it off.</li>

<li>Losing weight isn’t just all about doing cardiovascular activities, and eating less. It is a systematic and planned way of altering your lifestyle. So, eating less and doing cardiovascular activities doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll lose weight, even if you will lose weight eventually, but, permanent weight loss depends on your lifestyle, and how you altered it in order to properly lose weight.</li>

<li>People that want to lose weight are not happy. Why? Because they lose weight, not for themselves, but to fit in. Remember, if you really want to lose weight, then by all means, do it for yourself. Not to be the perfect partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife, but in order to avoid the numerous health complications and problems that may come with people that are obese and overweight.</li>

<li>If you want to lose weight, then eat. Plan what you eat, and the quantity.  Most people think that by not eating, they will be losing weight. Granted, they will be losing weight, but, the long term effects of such actions will make you lose not just your weight, but also, your longevity and at times, your sanity.  So be good to yourself, and have a healthy <a title="Weight Loss Plan" href="http://walkweightoff.com">weight loss plan</a>, not a crash diet or unbalanced weight loss plan.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Health is all about balance, and for <a title="Walk More Sit Less" href="http://walkweightoff.com">healthy weight loss</a> balance is key!  The secret to healthy weight loss is all about choices &#8211; doing something good more often than not, and doing something unhealthy less often than before.  To help begin the secret weight loss tool of doing healthy things more often than not, choose one brilliant idea per week, and practice it every day. </p>
<p>Last week I chose to drink water more often than diet soda, and to take a 15 minute walk around the block more often than sitting relaxing for my break.  At the end of the week I found that I didn&#8217;t have to actively think about these new habits so often, because they had become, well, habits!  And healthy habits are key to healthy weight loss!</p>
<p>This week I choose to bring my lunch to work more often than eating out, and I choose to swim laps on more days of the week than not.  So, if I bring my lunch to work at least three times and swim at least four times, I&#8217;ll be achieving my weight loss goal for today.  Did you see how I phrased that?  My goal is NOT to lose two pounds this week, I&#8217;m not concentrating on the pounds AT ALL!  I am simply choosing a food item and an exercise item to think about, and choosing a habit I will do more of.  By doing more of healthy weight loss habits, it naturally follows, and without any effort on my part, that I will be doing less of an unhealthy habit!  I am focusing on the positive and letting the negative slip gently away.</p>
