<p>I checked out the Beyond Diet website, lured in by the &#8220;5 Foods to Never Eat&#8221; slogan, and the banana.  Well, I was pleasantly surprised, and thought they had a very nice and high quality video to watch.  I didn&#8217;t see anything about not eating bananas as one of the 5 foods to never eat though!  I&#8217;m wondering if any members of the Beyond Diet site could leave a comment and let us know how the banana comes into play?  The Beyond Diet website had all the components I like in a members site, healthy advise for good food intake, and member interaction and support.  I would give the Beyond Diet a favorable review, please leave a comment and share your experiences with the Beyond Diet member site.<br />

<strong>Five Foods to Never Eat Beyond Diet</strong></p>
<p>While I don&#8217;t think there is a truly finite list of 5 foods to never eat, the Beyond Diet membership site video focused on a sound weight loss (and health) principle &#8211; eating foods with a low glycemic index.  What this means is to keep a steady healthy blood sugar level.  This has many health benefits, such as keeping a stable energy level, and hopefully avoiding diabetes. So you&#8217;re probably wondering&#8230;  The Beyond Diet 5 Foods to Never Eat Are???</p>
<p><strong>So What are These 5 Foods to Never Eat?</strong></p>

<li>Don&#8217;t eat phony foods!  Don&#8217;t eat phony pretend butter.  Avoid the hydrogenated oil, canola oil, vegetable oil, margarine.</li>

<p>Pain is our body’s unique way of telling us that something is not going right and that we need to stop and take better care of it. When your knees start to give in to aches, throbs and inflammation, it is high time that you give your lower limbs the attention they deserve.</p>
<p>Knee pain is a common condition that typically affects those of us who are past our teens and twenties. It is often triggered by subjecting the joints to undue stress and tension, some of which may have arisen from previous injuries.</p>
<p>Knee injuries can come from something as simple as slipping on a snowy patch or falling down a couple of steps to something more serious, such as a car collision. Under such trauma, the ligaments and cartilage of the knees are often stretched beyond their limitations. As a result, they tear and elicit shooting pains that will restrict your capacity to walk, run and move. Engaging in sports and other strenuous activities can also adversely impact the surrounding muscles of the lower extremities, resulting in bruising and swelling.</p>

I recommend Googling them first to see user reviews. Many don’t do it all but there are a few that do. Most cost a few bucks but honestly well worth it. I use runkeeper pro it cost ten bucks but does it all. It keeps track of distance ran so far via gps, keeps track of calories burned, and it also it keeps track of my current speed.</p>
<p>I love the fact that it syncs up with their web site to give me access to my progress on my computer and a log of all my runs. There are other apps that do some of these things but not all that the same time.  I have not found one yet but if you look you may find one out there for less. There are other companies throwing their money into the iPod phenomenon, such as Nike. They have built special shoes and app for the iPhone or I pods. They actually put a sensor in your shoe and keep track of every step no matter if you are running or just walking keeping a step count. I personally do not like the expense it requires special shoes adapter for iPod or I phone and you can get bands that keep track of your pulse.</p>
<p>Let’s not forget the competition in android which does not have Nike backing it. Their app store has apps that cost me ten dollars on my iPhone that I can get for free with android market. Then again it’s all up to the kind of phone you like and the kind of tools you need your app to do for you. Whichever the case, it’s cheaper and a great alternative to expensive <a href="http://bestrunningwatchreview.com/">running watches</a> that do the same as these apps.  If you&#8217;re looking for a gift for a runner, then I&#8217;d go for the running watch, because it&#8217;s nice to wrap up a gift for a birthday present for a runner, or a Christmas present for a runner.</p>
