A cup or life size

Weight loss insights: When I was in college eating is a burden for me. Why was it burdensome? It was a burden because every two hours my stomach craves for food. I do not know why I still crave after eating a heavy meal. When I mean heavy, it has 3 to 4 cups of rice in a meal and one viand. I do not take my breakfast if it is not served with rice. I cannot live my life without rice on my plate. I am not really on sweets or on snacks. Every two hours, once I hear a different sound coming from my stomach, Uh-oh, I have to go to a nearby eatery not to take snacks but to eat rice.


People envy me because I can eat anything that I want and anytime that I want. Well, I am not even sick. People seem to notice that once you see me that I do not eat that much. That is a secret, now you know. Well, so much about my secret, because it is not even a secret anymore. I already disclosed it to you readers. Metabolism plays important functions in our body and it does so in my body. It does to the person who has weight problems, obesity, and hypertensive. Take foods that lower blood pressure because they boost up metabolism processes in our body just like mine.

According to some health experts, the number of meals that we take each day should be in proportion to number of urination and waste release that we do each day. It signifies that we have a normal body process. It also means that we are healthy indicating that each organ in our body is functioning properly. If it is the other way around, that is the time that we seek medical advice from the experts. We might consider maintaining foods that lower blood pressure as a remedy to normalize the function of our body.

Ideally, we should follow the recommended servings per individual meal according to age, height, and gender to determine our body mass. This will be the basis of how much is enough for us individually. We cannot medicate ourselves on foods that lower blood pressure alone or some friendly advice from our colleagues or loved ones. What works for them do not mean will work for you. We have to consider some factors that affect our blood pressure and weight problems.

The safest way to know if we overeat like me, I guess but I am still thin is to consult your doctor or nutritionist. We can check the Food Pyramid to know how much we eat per serving. People generally base the serving on a small cup as a measurement for serving a meal. However, it is all approximation, but it is much safer to combine it with foods that lower blood pressure, and drinks that would act as catalysts to cleanse our body from all toxins. Just settle on a cup serving than a life size meal that will defer the longevity of our life span.
